Détails du produit

A chef’s secret weapon, Tropical Sun Citric Acid can be used to add acidity to an array of dishes – and is in many cases preferable to using lemon, vinegar and other low-PH foods as it does not carry any other strong flavours (beside acidity!). Whether making cheese, canning fruit preserves or even cleaning your coffee machine – citric acid is a bonified store cupboard essential!
