Our organic coconut flour is finely ground from freshly dried, defatted coconut meat resulting in a delicate powder with a mild coconut aroma and airy texture.

It is a fantastic alternative to wheat and grain-based flours and increasingly popular with those following gluten-free, grain-free and low-carb diets.

High in protein and dietary fibre, it is great for baking and as a thickener in sauces, curries, stews and more.

Coconut flour is naturally gluten-free and has more protein than traditional grain-based flours like wheat flour. Perfect mixed with other gluten-free flours.

Use coconut flour to replace other wheat or grain-based flours in your baking recipes. Although be aware that coconut flour is highly absorbent and you’ll need more liquid/moisture than other flours, to ensure the end product has the right consistency.
